Mark J. Cieri oversees engagements for both non-profit and business clients and supervises the firm’s staff accountants.
After earning his BA in Accounting from Philadelphia University, Mark worked in public accounting as a staff accountant serving privately owned companies and not-for-profit organizations.
In 2002, he joined Robin Kramer & Green as a staff accountant and shortly thereafter obtained his CPA license.
In 2006, Mark left RKG to become an accounting manager at The Reinvestment Fund, a Philadelphia-based non-profit specializing in finance for urban development. It was there that he gained experience in a wide variety of areas including non-profit finance structures, private equity funds, construction accounting and financing, New Market Tax Credit limited partnerships, limited liability companies, traditional not-for-profits, and multi-level consolidating entities.
He returned to RKG in 2010 as an accounting manager, becoming a partner in 2014. In his current role, he oversees audits, preparation of financial statements, and preparation of tax returns for privately held for profit businesses and non-profit organizations.
Mark is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).
